Specialist Brand and Content

About the role

The Specialist Brand and Content will create and develop engaging content while ensuring consistent brand representation across all communication channels. This position blends strategic storytelling, graphic design, multimedia production, and brand governance to support corporate objectives and strengthen stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as brand guardian, maintaining consistency across all materials and touchpoints.
• Support and enhance brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Develop compelling content for internal and external channels, including digital platforms, social media, websites, newsletters, campaigns, and corporate publications.
• Design high‑quality visual assets such as presentations, infographics, digital banners, event branding, posters, and reports.
• Monitor content performance, analyse audience engagement, and recommend improvements.
• Manage relationships with creative agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, and production partners.
• Maintain the company’s Photo Archive System and ensure availability of graphic records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management and content creation within a corporate environment.
• Strong ability to collaborate with business units and stakeholders to ensure a unified brand presence.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills with a focus on storytelling.
• Awareness of governance, regulatory requirements, and best practices in brand communications.
