Specialist Dermatologist – Aesthetic & Hair Transplant (Medical Director)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Specialist Dermatologist with expertise in aesthetic medicine and hair transplantation to join a premium clinic in Dubai. The role combines clinical dermatology practice with hands‑on aesthetic procedures and the leadership responsibilities of a Medical Director.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct dermatology and aesthetic consultations, develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform and oversee hair transplant procedures, including patient assessment, surgery, and post‑treatment follow‑up.
• Deliver non‑surgical aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, and PRP within DHA‑approved privileges.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of dermatological conditions while ensuring patient safety.
• Serve as Medical Director, maintaining clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and quality of care.
• Document clinical outcomes, manage complications, and ensure informed consent.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide a premium patient experience and support practice growth.

Required profile

• Qualified Specialist Dermatologist with a valid DHA license.
• Proven hands‑on experience in hair transplantation.
• Strong background in aesthetic medicine and injectable procedures.
• Previous experience working in a Dubai/UAE aesthetic clinic.
• Ability to fulfill Medical Director responsibilities under local regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and patient‑management skills.
