About the role

Talentspoc is looking for a Specialist Ophthalmologist to join its leading healthcare team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive eye care, from diagnosis to advanced surgical treatment, using state‑of‑the‑art equipment and techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed ocular examinations and a full range of diagnostic procedures.
• Diagnose and manage a wide spectrum of eye diseases and conditions.
• Perform specialized ophthalmic surgeries, including complex procedures as required.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and oversee follow‑up care.
• Educate patients and families on eye health, preventive measures, and post‑operative care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient management.
• Maintain accurate medical records in line with regulatory standards.
• Stay current with advancements in ophthalmology through continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) with specialization in Ophthalmology from an accredited institution.
• Completed residency in Ophthalmology and a valid UAE medical license.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant Ophthalmologist, including at least 3 years of surgical practice.
• Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic acumen and patient‑centered communication.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
