About the role

The Royal Health Group is seeking an experienced Specialist Orthopedic to join its multidisciplinary team in Abu Dhabi. You will provide comprehensive orthopedic care, ranging from diagnosis to surgical intervention and post‑operative rehabilitation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including both surgical and non‑surgical options.
• Conduct orthopedic surgeries such as joint replacements, arthroscopy, and trauma procedures.
• Monitor and manage post‑operative care and rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated on advancements in orthopedic practices and technologies.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and recovery processes.
• Participate in clinical research and contribute to best‑practice development.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Board‑certified in orthopedic surgery.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (120 months).
• Valid DOH license.
• Strong clinical knowledge of spinal and limb pathologies and trauma.
• Proficiency in both surgical and non‑surgical treatment modalities.
• Up‑to‑date competence in the latest orthopedic techniques.
