Specialist Pain Medicine Physician – Immediate Hiring

About the role

Talentspoc is seeking a Specialist Pain Medicine Physician to join its fast‑paced clinical team in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead the diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of complex acute and chronic pain conditions, applying advanced interventional techniques and multimodal strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical evaluations and pain assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute, chronic and complex pain syndromes.
• Design personalized pain management plans that integrate pharmacological, interventional and rehabilitative approaches.
• Carry out interventional procedures such as nerve blocks, epidural injections and radiofrequency ablations.
• Collaborate with anesthesiology, neurology, oncology and rehabilitation teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Review imaging and laboratory results to guide treatment decisions.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust plans as needed and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement projects and continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS, MD or equivalent) with recognized specialization in Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology or a related field.
• Significant clinical experience in pain medicine with proven competence in interventional techniques.
• Strong knowledge of chronic pain conditions, pharmacology and multimodal treatment approaches.
• Current licensure and registration to practice medicine in the UAE.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with patients.
