Specialist - Program & Project Management

About the role

The Specialist in Program & Project Management will support the delivery of complex capability development initiatives within Powertech. You will provide project control, coordination and administrative support throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring accurate information, schedule maintenance and effective stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures and resource plans, tracking progress against milestones.
• Maintain project dashboards, KPIs and status reports, consolidating inputs from stakeholders and preparing progress presentations.
• Manage project documentation and configuration, ensuring proper classification, storage and handling of sensitive or export‑controlled information.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities across multidisciplinary teams, supporting design reviews, construction and commissioning phases.
• Organise meetings, workshops and technical reviews, prepare agendas, capture minutes and track action items.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in project coordination or support roles, preferably within defence, aerospace or engineering projects.
• Familiarity with PMI project management methodologies and experience supporting multiple projects in a complex environment.
