Specialist Project Control Engineer

About the role

Worley is seeking a Specialist Project Control Engineer to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will be responsible for delivering robust project control functions, ensuring projects meet safety, quality, schedule and cost targets while supporting the transition to more sustainable energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor baseline schedules, performance reporting and change control assessments.
• Apply earned value management, cost and schedule variance analysis, and critical path analysis.
• Support program integration, governance, and optimisation of project controls.
• Develop integrated project schedules that incorporate all interface milestones and contractor activities.
• Monitor contractual compliance and support the Project Control Manager on commercial issues.
• Coordinate internal and external project reviews and generate weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Ensure consistent application of project control processes across the project.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project control within large‑scale engineering or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project execution plans, risk management and contract administration.
• Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
