Specialist Rheumatologist – Immediate Hiring

About the role

Talentspoc is looking for a qualified Specialist Rheumatologist to join a multidisciplinary team in Dubai. The role involves delivering evidence‑based care for patients with rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions, ensuring high‑quality clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnose rheumatologic disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, and spondyloarthritis.
• Develop and manage long‑term treatment plans, monitoring response to immunosuppressive and biologic therapies.
• Interpret laboratory and imaging results relevant to rheumatology.
• Administer joint injections and other interventional procedures within competency.
• Collaborate with orthopedics, physiotherapy, immunology, nephrology and other specialties.
• Educate patients on disease management, medication adherence and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records and contribute to quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with postgraduate qualification in Rheumatology.
• Board certification in Rheumatology and an active, unrestricted medical license.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in rheumatology.
• Strong knowledge of autoimmune and inflammatory musculoskeletal conditions.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
