About the role
Penspen is seeking a Specialist Sub‑Contracts Engineer to join a PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of sub‑contracts on large‑scale construction and engineering projects, ensuring procurement efficiency, performance monitoring, and strict compliance with technical and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire sub‑contract lifecycle from preparation to close‑out.
- Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor subcontractor performance against technical specifications and safety requirements.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project standards.
Required profile
- Any Engineering degree.
- Minimum 17 years of relevant experience.
- At least 10 years in mega oil‑and‑gas processing projects.
- 10 + years in subcontracting, procurement, or project management, preferably in EPC or oil & gas.
- ADNOC experience is an advantage.
