Specialist – Talent Development Center

About the role

The Specialist – Talent Development Center will support the design, delivery and continuous improvement of technical training programs across the organization. Working closely with HR, business units and external suppliers, you will ensure learning pathways align with performance goals and succession planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training architecture, curricula and learning pathways based on needs analysis and institutional objectives.
• Integrate technical training with Individual Performance Plans, competency frameworks and talent management systems.
• Manage the technical training calendar, budgets and alignment with strategic capability priorities.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, organize workshops, seminars and conferences, and oversee their execution.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support to trainers and learning center staff.
• Analyse training effectiveness, prepare analytical reports and recommend content or delivery improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3 + years (Master’s) or 5 + years (Bachelor’s) of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in core data analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of administrative practices and operational coordination.
• Ability to conduct training needs analysis and identify competency gaps.
• Experience in training operations and learning‑center management.
