About the role

Miral Experiences is seeking a Specialty Chef to lead the culinary operations of its flagship leisure facilities in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality food, ensuring smooth kitchen workflows, and supporting the opening, service, and closing of the venue.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Food & Beverage department, supporting opening, service delivery, and closing of the leisure facility.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and production standards of food.
• Perform culinary tasks personally while leading and supervising kitchen staff.
• Develop and train team members to improve performance.
• Supervise specialty restaurant kitchen shift operations, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures.
• Uphold culinary standards, product presentation, and flavor quality.
• Display a friendly, helpful, and cheerful attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Represent and promote the brand positively, adhering to UAE laws, health, safety, and environmental policies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 12 months experience in a specialty restaurant kitchen or similar food‑and‑beverage environment.
• Proven ability to supervise shift operations and maintain culinary standards.
• Capability to lead, train, and develop kitchen staff.
