Specialty Outlet Manager – German Restaurant (Brauhaus)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic and self‑motivated Specialty Outlet Manager to lead our German restaurant, Brauhaus. You will be responsible for both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, ensuring top‑quality food and beverage service while meeting financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise guest service and ensure service meets hotel standards.
• Identify training needs and develop monthly training plans.
• Conduct on‑the‑job and off‑the‑job training to maintain service standards.
• Attend daily briefings, communicate updates to the team, and handle guest inquiries.
• Participate in outlet promotional activities and create new promotions to drive revenue.
• Prepare duty rosters based on forecasts to guarantee adequate staffing.
• Evaluate team performance, recommend promotions or internal transfers.
• Resolve guest complaints directly or with the Outlet Manager.
• Monitor personal grooming standards and weekly checklist compliance.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep according to hotel standards.

Required profile

• College or university degree.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Middle East.
• Computer literate with effective communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
