Spinning Instructor (Full-time)

About the role

Spartan Martial Arts & Fitness is looking for a passionate Spinning Instructor to join its Dubai location. You will lead high‑energy indoor cycling classes, creating engaging workouts that reflect the brand’s discipline‑focused philosophy and support members of all fitness levels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver dynamic spinning classes, including music playlists and class profiles.
• Demonstrate proper cycling technique, monitor safety, and provide real‑time coaching.
• Offer modifications to accommodate beginners, athletes, and diverse fitness goals.
• Maintain and inspect cycling equipment to ensure optimal condition.
• Collaborate with other coaches on program development and occasional promotional events.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading group fitness or indoor cycling classes in a studio or gym environment.
• Relevant certification in group fitness, spinning/indoor cycling, or personal training from a recognized organization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate participants of all ages.
• Strong commitment to safety, professionalism, punctuality, and a clean training space.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends according to class schedules.

Required skills

• Spinning and indoor cycling instruction.
• Group fitness class design and delivery.
• Basic knowledge of exercise science, warm‑up/cool‑down principles, and heart‑rate based training.
