负责在全球体育平台上寻找并管理品牌赞助合作，制定赞助方案并主导商务谈判，推动品牌价值与商业收益的双向提升。
主要职责
- 主动寻找、筛选并接触符合品牌价值观、目标受众及市场定位的潜在合作伙伴。
- 制定吸引力的品牌赞助方案，主导商务及合同谈判，关注价值创造。
- 管理潜在客户及合作伙伴pipeline，确保CRM系统信息准确完整。
- 与营销、公共关系、内容等内部团队合作，设计定制化合作方案。
- 代表公司参与销售会议、行业及商务活动，拓展高端社交网络。
- 持续关注行业趋势，提前识别商业机会。
任职要求
- 6–18年品牌赞助销售、商务拓展或战略合作伙伴关系经验，优先来自赛事、奢侈品、艺术、媒体或生活方式行业。
- 具备促成复杂高价值商业合作及赞助交易的成功经验。
- 具备创业精神，出色的演讲、提案、商务谈判及客户沟通能力。
- 深入理解品牌营销、消费者参与及客户互动策略。
- 英语流利，具备阿拉伯语能力者优先。
