Sponsorship Officer

About the role

The Sponsorship Officer will manage the end‑to‑end administration, control and distribution of Etihad's global sponsorship ticketing assets across a portfolio of sports and entertainment partnerships. This role ensures accurate tracking, allocation and delivery of both physical and digital tickets while supporting sponsorship events and hospitality programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, track and distribute sponsorship ticketing assets, coordinating requests, approvals, allocations, issuance and delivery.
• Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders, sponsorship partners, ticketing agencies, rights holders and event organisers.
• Maintain ticketing data across multiple systems, producing reports, dashboards and tracking tools for operational planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities and efficiencies within ticketing operations.
• Support the planning and delivery of sponsorship events and hospitality programmes by coordinating ticketing requirements and logistics.
• Contribute to sponsorship‑related projects and system enhancements while ensuring accurate documentation and audit trails.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Event Management or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting, data management and automation.
• Minimum three years' experience in sponsorship, events, ticketing, hospitality or partnership operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong administration, coordination and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with ticketing systems, booking platforms or CRM systems is advantageous.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with the ability to identify more efficient ways of working.
