Sports Medicine Physician – Longevity & Performance

About the role

Emirates European Medical Centre (EEMC) is launching a dedicated Longevity Medicine Centre in Dubai. We are looking for an experienced Sports Medicine Physician to lead preventive, performance‑optimising, and musculoskeletal health programmes for active adults and elite athletes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive sports medicine and musculoskeletal assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic sports‑related injuries.
• Evaluate injury risk, movement patterns, strength, mobility and overall physical function.
• Design personalised treatment, rehabilitation and injury‑prevention programmes.
• Provide evidence‑based exercise and physical activity prescriptions.
• Support patients in safe return to sport after injury or surgery.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, chiropractors, exercise professionals, nutrition specialists and other healthcare practitioners.
• Identify patients requiring further medical investigation, laboratory testing or specialist referral.

Required profile

• Qualified medical doctor with experience in sports medicine.
• Forward‑thinking approach to preventive health, performance optimisation and healthy ageing.

Required skills

• Musculoskeletal health assessment.
• Injury risk analysis and management.
