Sr. Full-Stack Engineer - Web & Mobile

About the role

The Senior Software Engineering Expert – Ionic Web & Mobile is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of enterprise‑grade cross‑platform web and mobile applications using Ionic and Angular. The role ensures solutions align with architectural standards, security requirements, engineering best practices, and specification‑driven development principles.

Key responsibilities

• Provide software engineering delivery leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship to delivery teams.
• Drive solution design, development, and implementation of Angular and Ionic applications using Specification‑Driven Development, OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, and contract‑first practices.
• Ensure application quality, security, performance, and maintainability through architecture reviews, code reviews, testing, and adherence to SDLC standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to refine requirements, guarantee Definition of Ready compliance, and deliver business outcomes.
• Promote engineering excellence by advancing quality automation, AI‑enabled development, continuous improvement initiatives, and adoption of modern tools and frameworks.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years delivering enterprise web and mobile applications with Angular and Ionic.
• Proven expertise in cross‑platform development, performance optimization, Angular Signals, OnPush change detection, and modern front‑end engineering practices.
• Experience with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin) and backend integration.
