Staff Nurse – Fertility

About the role

A leading healthcare organization in Dubai is looking for an experienced and compassionate Staff Nurse to join its IVF and Reproductive Medicine team. You will deliver high‑quality nursing care to patients undergoing fertility assessments and assisted reproductive treatments while collaborating closely with physicians, embryologists, and other specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to fertility and IVF patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Assist physicians during fertility consultations, oocyte retrieval, and embryo transfer procedures.
• Prepare patients for assisted reproductive procedures and educate them on treatment plans, medications, and follow‑up requirements.
• Administer and monitor fertility medications as prescribed, and observe patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and coordinate appointments, investigations, and treatment schedules.
• Liaise with embryology, laboratory, and medical teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Uphold infection‑control and patient‑safety standards, and provide emotional support and counseling throughout the fertility journey.
• Participate in quality‑improvement and clinical‑governance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid professional nursing registration/license in the country of practice.
• Relevant clinical nursing experience, preferably in IVF, fertility, reproductive medicine, women’s health, or a related setting.
• Eligibility to obtain the appropriate Dubai Health Authority (DHA) professional classification and registration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
