Stakeholder Manager

About the role

The Stakeholder Manager will lead engagement with government bodies, local authorities, environmental agencies and community groups for master‑planning, building and infrastructure projects during the design phase. You will ensure that stakeholder input is captured, risks are mitigated and project objectives remain aligned with regulatory and community expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and map all relevant stakeholders for each project.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive stakeholder management plan.
• Facilitate regular meetings, workshops and communication channels to keep stakeholders informed.
• Secure all required NOCs, permits and approvals in coordination with authorities.
• Monitor and report stakeholder‑related risks, opportunities and progress to internal teams and clients.
• Provide advice on mitigation strategies and capitalize on stakeholder‑driven opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural or Mechanical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in stakeholder management within master‑planning or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven ability to negotiate, communicate and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and leadership capabilities.
