Steel Fixer (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Steel Fixer to join our construction team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting, bending and fixing reinforcement bars according to project drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Cut reinforcement bars to required lengths.
• Bend reinforcement bars as per design requirements.
• Fix reinforcement bars to concrete forms following drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with site health, safety and HSE standards.
• Work an 8‑hour shift on site and coordinate with other trades.

Required profile

• Certificate in Steel Fixing, Building Technology or equivalent training (advantageous).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a steel fixer.
• Medically fit and physically capable of construction work.
• Willing to relocate to Dubai and hold a valid passport.
• Commitment to follow all site rules, health, safety and HSE requirements.
