About the role
Accor is seeking a dedicated Steward to join the team at Novotel & Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate Hotels. You will play a key part in maintaining a spotless and safe kitchen environment, supporting the overall hospitality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces and equipment.
- Keep floors and work areas free of hazards and obstructions.
- Operate kitchen cleaning machinery and accurately calculate chemical usage.
- Handle cleaning supplies, utensils, and chemicals safely while moving throughout the kitchen.
- Apply food safety and hygiene standards in daily tasks.
Required profile
- High school education certificate.
- Organized, reliable, and a strong team player.
- Previous experience as a kitchen steward, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
