Steward – Kitchen Support (Full‑Time)

About the role

The Steward provides essential kitchen support across hotel food‑and‑beverage areas, ensuring clean and ready dining ware, linens, and equipment for guests. Working on‑site in Dubai, you will assist multiple departments, from the main kitchen to employee dining rooms, maintaining high standards of hygiene and service.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations, and other cleaning equipment.
• Transport, clean, and store dishware, cookware, and linens throughout the hotel.
• Follow all company safety, security, and sanitation policies; report any hazards or incidents.
• Maintain a professional uniform and personal appearance at all times.
• Greet guests courteously and communicate clearly with team members.
• Support team goals by collaborating effectively and adhering to quality standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Required profile

• No high‑school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience in a similar role is necessary.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
