Steward (Utility Cleaner) – Full-Time

About the role

The Steward (Utility Cleaner) supports daily operations across multiple hotel departments, ensuring that guests experience clean and well‑maintained facilities. Working on Saadiyat Island, you will handle linen, dishware and cleaning equipment to keep the property running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present clean linen and spotless dining ware for guest use.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations, linen washers and dryers.
• Transport dishware, linens and other items between kitchen, food‑and‑beverage outlets and laundry areas.
• Follow safety procedures, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and uphold quality standards.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Stand, walk or sit for extended periods and perform overhead and low‑reach tasks.

Required profile

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 50 lb, bending, twisting and stooping.
• Willingness to work full‑time shifts in a hotel environment.
• No specific education or prior experience required.
• Professional appearance and adherence to company policies.
