Stockkeeper

About the role

LETOILE Middle East is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Stockkeeper to join its Dubai operations. You will be responsible for handling incoming goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the flow of stock to stores.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check, label, store and record incoming merchandise in inventory systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts and monitor stock levels.
• Report any discrepancies, damage or shortages to relevant teams.
• Prepare and issue stock for store operations and assist with replenishment.
• Support logistics and warehousing processes to ensure smooth stock flow.
• Collaborate with store staff, warehouse teams and management to guarantee product availability.

Required profile

• Strong attention to accuracy and detail in stock control and inventory management.
• Analytical mindset to monitor levels and identify discrepancies.
• Effective communication to coordinate with multiple teams.
• Previous experience in retail, warehouse or logistics, preferably in beauty, fashion or FMCG.
• Physical ability to lift, organize and move stock as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in logistics or supply chain is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with inventory or ERP software.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
