Store Controller – Technical Inventory Management

About the role

The Store Controller (Technical) will manage all inventory control activities for Rofo Trading’s technical product lines. You will ensure accurate stock records, reconcile movements, and support the ERP system to maintain data integrity across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory transactions and stock movements.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly stock reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Generate inventory control reports and KPI dashboards.
• Coordinate periodic physical counts and annual stock audits.
• Analyze inventory trends and recommend optimisation measures.
• Ensure compliance with inventory procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse and finance teams.
• Support ERP inventory management and system updates.
• Monitor slow‑moving, obsolete and damaged inventory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management or stores operations within a technical industry (automotive, spare parts, electronics, metal, etc.).

Required skills

• Inventory control & stock reconciliation.
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
