Store Director

About the role

As the Store Director for Suitsupply in Dubai you will lead the store to achieve sales and service targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for overall store performance, team development and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a professional store team of 50+ employees to meet and exceed company goals.
• Set weekly and monthly objectives, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and all merchandise is attractively displayed.
• Own the store P&L, manage budgets including salaries, expenses and inventory.
• Recruit and retain top talent, collaborating with HR and training teams.
• Maintain highest level of customer service and uphold company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading a high‑volume retail store or multi‑unit operation with over 50 staff.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Required skills

• Experience managing store P&L and budgeting.
• Proficiency in visual merchandising standards.
