Store Keeper – Construction Site

About the role

The Store Keeper will manage material storage and issuance at the Innovo Infrastructure project site, ensuring accurate stock records and safe, organised storage of materials and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming materials and equipment at the site store.
• Issue materials to site teams against approved requisitions and keep accurate stock records.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile them with ERP records.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe storage area in line with HSE requirements.
• Check deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes, flagging any damage or non‑conformities.
• Maintain goods received notes, material requisition forms, issue vouchers, bin cards and stock ledgers.
• Issue and track small tools and equipment, inspect returned items for damage before restocking.
• Identify and propose modern tools, technologies or processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Diploma or secondary education.
• 3–5 years of store‑keeping experience in construction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for inventory management.
