Store Manager – Dubai Outlet Mall

About the role

As the Store Manager for GAP at Dubai Outlet Mall, you will lead the store’s commercial performance, build lasting relationships with VIP customers, and ensure the brand’s standards are consistently delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead by example, representing the brand’s values in every customer and team interaction.
• Manage the customer database to nurture relationships and generate future sales opportunities.
• Stay ahead of trends, product launches and competitor activity, feeding insights to back‑office teams.
• Conduct quarterly SWOT analyses and discuss outcomes with the team and line manager.
• Leverage both online and offline points of sale to create a hybrid shopping experience.
• Provide a clear vision for the team, recruit, develop and retain talent, and foster a positive, trust‑based work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail store management, preferably within a luxury or fashion environment.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and managing key performance indicators.
• Strong customer‑relationship focus with the ability to build a loyal VIP base.
• Leadership skills to inspire, develop and retain a high‑performing team.
• Analytical mindset for market trends, competitor monitoring and SWOT analysis.
