Store Manager

About the role

As a Store Manager you will be the face of Fendi in Abu Dhabi, promoting the brand’s DNA while exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators. You will lead, coach and motivate a team of sales professionals, ensuring that every client experiences the luxury, craftsmanship and creativity that define the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve store performance against relevant KPIs.
• Assist in the selling process and drive sales across all product categories.
• Analyse business data, propose and implement action plans to improve results.
• Set performance targets for the team and individual staff members.
• Stay informed about the local trading environment and competitor activities.
• Manage and supervise the execution of company operating and stock procedures.
• Maintain high customer service standards and develop loyal Fendi clients through CRM tools and in‑store events.
• Act as brand ambassador for VIP clients and improve Mystery Shopper scores.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment and identify training needs.
• Prepare and submit sales and operational reports in line with company policies.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
• 5‑7 years in a top‑location retail luxury management role.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Strong selling, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Leadership, organization and professionalism.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
