Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Dubai outlet of R&B Fashion, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. This role oversees daily store operations, visual merchandising, stock control and staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through coaching and motivating the retail team.
• Implement company and brand operating procedures, visual merchandising standards and loyalty program initiatives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, fashion trends and brand information to guide customers and minimise stock loss.
• Manage inventory levels, stockroom organization and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
• Oversee staff scheduling, leave management, grievances and performance feedback.
• Ensure store security, health and safety standards are consistently met.
• Provide regular reports and feedback to the Area Manager and Operations Manager on staff performance and product issues.
• Handle end‑to‑end store operations, including cash handling, opening and closing procedures.

Required profile

• Professional appearance with strong fashion sense and up‑to‑date product knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead a retail team and achieve sales objectives.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and customer‑service skills.
• Physical fitness to stand for long periods and perform heavy lifting.
• Attention to detail for visual merchandising, stock control and audit processes.
