Store Manager – Luxury Retail (Maxmara)

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Maxmara boutique in Dubai, driving sales performance and delivering the brand’s luxury experience to customers. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building a loyal VIP clientele, and ensuring the store operates in line with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead by example, embodying the brand’s values in all customer and team interactions.
• Manage the customer database to nurture relationships and generate future sales opportunities.
• Stay ahead of trends, product launches and competitor activity, providing feedback to back‑office teams.
• Conduct quarterly SWOT analyses and discuss outcomes with the team and line manager.
• Leverage both online and offline points of sale to maximise hybrid selling opportunities.
• Recruit, develop and retain talent, creating a positive work environment based on trust and fairness.
• Communicate the store’s vision and business direction clearly to the team.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury or fashion retail, with a track record of meeting sales objectives.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset and ability to build lasting VIP relationships.
• Excellent communication skills to convey brand values internally and externally.
• Analytical mindset to interpret market trends and conduct SWOT analyses.
• Ability to inspire and develop a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced environment.
