Storekeeper – Interior Fit‑Out & Construction

About the role

AQC FITOUT LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Storekeeper to manage material receiving, storage, and dispatch for interior fit‑out and furniture projects in Dubai. The role ensures accurate inventory control, timely issuance of tools and equipment to project sites, and proper documentation of all stock movements.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes and specifications.
• Organise and store materials, hardware and equipment to prevent damage or loss.
• Process material issuance to site and production teams based on authorised requisitions.
• Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile inventory balances.
• Maintain Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and other inventory documentation.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement.
• Record stock transfers, returns and tool movements between the central warehouse and project sites.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of storekeeping experience with mandatory UAE/GCC exposure.
• Background in interior fit‑out, construction or contracting preferred.
• Familiarity with fit‑out hardware, tools and materials.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP inventory management modules.
