Stores Executive – Inventory Management in Manufacturing

About the role

The Stores Executive will oversee all inventory and store operations within a manufacturing environment in Dubai. The role requires a detail‑oriented professional who can manage material receipt, storage, issuance and ensure accurate stock records through ERP systems. You will work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Project and Production teams to support material planning and availability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end inventory processes, including receipt, inspection, storage and issue of materials.
• Monitor stock levels across all locations and conduct regular cycle counts and audits.
• Analyse inventory variances, prepare corrective action plans and generate reconciliation reports.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Coordinate material planning with Procurement, Supply Chain, Project and Production teams.
• Develop and deliver reports using Power BI, VBA and MS Office tools.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in inventory, stores or material management within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Hands‑on experience with inventory control, stock reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work six days per week.
