Strategic Account Manager - MENA

About the role

Sardine, a leading agentic risk platform, is expanding its customer success team to support fraud, payments, and compliance products across the MENA region. As a Strategic Account Manager you will act as the main liaison for a select group of customers, helping them derive maximum value from Sardine’s solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, addressing day‑to‑day issues and strategic opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of Sardine’s products, technology and roadmap to communicate value succinctly.
• Translate complex technical and risk‑related problems into clear, actionable solutions for clients.
• Coordinate internal teams—including risk analytics, data science, and integration engineers—to deliver tailored solutions.
• Advise customers on best practices for fraud prevention, compliance and payment risk management.
• Define, monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate ROI.
• Provide strategic analysis and long‑term expansion planning for each account.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise‑level accounts in fintech, fraud, or compliance domains.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, remote‑first work style with a focus on results over hours.

Required skills

• Understanding of fraud detection, AML compliance and payment risk concepts.
• Ability to convey technical information to non‑technical audiences.
