Strategic Marketing Planner

About the role

The Marketing Strategic Planner works within Emirates' Corporate Communications, Marketing and Brand team to provide data‑driven insights that shape marketing campaigns, ensure solid objectives, and drive measurable results across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide data‑backed assessments of brand and commercial objectives and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of 1st, 2nd and 3rd‑party customer and market data to generate strategic recommendations.
• Lead integration, management and utilisation of data from digital and marketing channels, coordinating with agencies for coherent analytics.
• Collaborate with Customer Insights, Marketing Analytics, Media and other teams to establish measurement frameworks, KPIs and track ROI.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and scorecards for performance tracking and support ad‑hoc analysis.

Required profile

• Degree or Honours in marketing or a related discipline (12+3 or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a strategic planner delivering global marketing campaign briefs.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with numbers, data and translate insights into strategy.
• Excellent communication skills to convey strategy and insights clearly.

Required skills

• Data‑driven marketing analysis and statistical analysis.
• Experience with marketing technologies such as CDPs, CRM platforms and SFMC.
• Google certification.
• Hands‑on digital experience, including media planning and digital marketing strategy.
