Strategy Consultant – ACM

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Strategy Consultant for its Commodities Markets practice in the UAE. The consultant will partner with senior business leaders to design and implement technology‑enabled transformation programs that drive growth, resilience and sustainable value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project and client teams to solve complex business problems across strategy, go‑to‑market, investment optimization and operating model design.
• Manage day‑to‑day workstreams with minimal supervision, identifying value‑creation opportunities and ensuring successful delivery.
• Develop and review quantitative and qualitative analyses, supporting recommendations and insights.
• Conduct client interviews and workshops, create presentation materials and communicate findings to senior executives.
• Design and implement process improvements, capability set‑up and analytics solutions.
• Build and sustain relationships with senior client stakeholders, staying attuned to their needs and market trends.

Required profile

• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
• Proven experience managing consulting projects or large workstreams.
• Excellent client‑facing skills, including leading interviews, workshops and executive presentations.
• Ability to translate strategic concepts into actionable implementation plans.
