Strategy Director – MEA

About the role

As the Strategy Director for the MEA region, you will lead the strategic vision behind our most ambitious client relationships, blending culturally fluent social media strategy with digital brand transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end social media strategies, channel frameworks, content pillars and influencer partnerships tailored to MEA platforms.
• Lead brand positioning, architecture and digital transformation projects to move clients toward digital‑first leadership.
• Translate audience research, social listening data and market diagnostics into actionable strategic frameworks.
• Define social KPIs, paid‑strategy alignments and measurement models to drive performance insights.
• Partner with creative, media, data, UX and technology leads to embed strategy into campaigns and digital products.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations with senior C‑suite stakeholders to align on transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with new‑business teams on pitch narratives while mentoring regional strategists.

Required profile

• 10+ years in brand or communications strategy, including 5+ years in a senior strategic leadership role.
• Proven track record in both social‑first campaign strategy and large‑scale brand transformation.
• Deep regional expertise across MEA markets with strong cultural fluency.
• Experience with platform algorithms on Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat and YouTube.
• Proficiency in social listening and analytics tools.
