Strategy& Private Equity Value Creation Manager

About the role

As a Strategy& Private Equity Value Creation Manager at PwC, you will support clients through complex transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings. You will analyse market trends, assess business opportunities and develop strategic frameworks that help clients maximise value and achieve their objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end deal projects, ensuring proper planning, budgeting and execution.
• Analyse market dynamics and identify growth opportunities for private‑equity clients.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations on M&A, divestitures and restructuring.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Engage with clients to address risks, resolve conflicts and ensure delivery of high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in deal strategy, private‑equity or related consulting roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Proven leadership skills, including coaching and performance management.
• High integrity and commitment to PwC’s values and purpose.
