Structural Engineer – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Structural Engineer to join our Dubai office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on the design and analysis of building and infrastructure projects for CRCEG Middle East Contracting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structural design and perform detailed analysis for various construction projects.
• Prepare and review calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, and construction teams to ensure design integration.
• Use CAD tools to develop and refine structural plans and details.
• Review designs for compliance with international and regional codes and standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in client meetings, address technical queries, and support construction teams on‑site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in structural design and analysis, preferably in the Middle East.
• Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of international and UAE building codes and standards.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
