Structural Inspector

About the role

We are looking for a competent and detail‑oriented Structural Inspector to join our supervision team in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring that all structural works on‑site comply with approved IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements and UAE authority regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out daily inspections of structural works, verifying compliance with IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Monitor contractor activities and confirm that construction practices meet UAE authority requirements and international standards.
• Identify deviations, issue Site Observation Reports (SPOR) and Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR) as needed.
• Review and validate inspections of concrete, reinforcement, formwork, structural steel, foundations, waterproofing interfaces and related elements.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects and specialists to resolve structural issues and ensure proper documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in structural inspection or related construction engineering roles.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and authority regulations.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
