Structural Inspector - Site

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Structural Inspector to join our supervision team in Dubai. You will ensure that all structural works on‑site comply with approved IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and UAE authority regulations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections of structural works, verifying compliance with design documents and specifications.
• Monitor contractor activities and confirm that construction practices meet UAE authority requirements and international standards.
• Identify deviations, issue Site Observation Reports (SOR) and Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR) with actionable recommendations.
• Review and validate inspections related to concrete works, reinforcement, and formwork.
• Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in structural inspection or related civil engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and international construction standards.
• Proven ability to produce clear technical reports and documentation.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
