Student Caregiver – Immediate Hiring (Sharjah & UAE)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and reliable Student Caregiver to support a Student of Determination in the government sector across Sharjah and other UAE regions. The role involves assisting the student throughout the school day to ensure safety, wellbeing and active participation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the assigned student during the school day in line with school instructions and guidelines.
• Promote the student’s safety, dignity and appropriate participation.
• Follow directions from school representatives and maintain professional communication with students, parents, teachers and staff.
• Immediately report any incidents, safety or behavioural concerns, injuries or other matters affecting the student.
• Perform any other reasonable duties related to the project within the scope of the position.

Required profile

• Minimum high school certificate or higher qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience providing special‑needs support (e.g., caregiver, nursery assistant).
• Good verbal and written English and Tagalog communication skills.
• Physically and medically fit to assist with student mobility and safety.
• Patient, caring, empathetic and resilient attitude.
• Valid First Aid Certificate and Basic Training Certificate.
• Experience letter confirming relevant experience.
