About the role

The Student Recruitment Director will lead Albinora Consulting’s efforts to attract and enrol students for higher‑education partners worldwide. This senior position combines strategic sales leadership with innovative recruitment initiatives, operating across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute student recruitment strategies that drive sustainable growth.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on the performance of recruitment activities.
• Lead, coach and expand a high‑performing sales team.
• Engage senior stakeholders and influence decisions at partner institutions.
• Work within a matrix environment to balance competing priorities.
• Identify and launch new recruitment initiatives and innovative approaches.
• Manage tight deadlines and shifting priorities, including occasional weekends and evenings.

Required profile

• Proven success in a senior sales role within the higher‑education sector, internationally or in Europe.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop exceptional sales teams.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience influencing senior‑level decision‑makers and operating in a matrix structure.
• Flexible attitude with willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field (UK education particularly valued).
