Student Recruitment Officer

About the role

The Student Recruitment Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the application process and providing detailed information on programmes, fees and course options. This role supports the university’s enrollment targets by delivering high‑quality advice, managing outreach events and promoting the institution across various channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to student queries via phone, email or in‑person, providing details on applications, fees and course options.
• Advise prospective students on programmes, admission procedures, eligibility and costs.
• Identify and recruit candidates to achieve enrollment targets.
• Coordinate with university departments to answer questions and improve workflow.
• Manage and attend on‑campus and off‑campus events such as exhibitions and education fairs.
• Promote university programmes across markets including schools, fairs and promotional kiosks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 1‑2 years of experience in student recruitment; fresh graduates may apply.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
