Student Supervisor – Start Oct 2026

About the role

We are looking for a Student Supervisor to join Noya British School on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, starting in October 2026. The role supports students, parents and staff, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment while handling attendance and pastoral matters.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with students, parents and staff via email, phone or face‑to‑face.
• Build and maintain constructive relationships with the school community.
• Assist reception and attendance officers with tracking student whereabouts.
• Safeguard and promote student welfare.
• Monitor internal events, resolve venue or timetable clashes.
• Maintain accurate pastoral data such as attendance, punctuality, interventions and rewards.
• Upload reward certificates to ePraise and prepare printed copies for Heads of Year and Key Stage.

Required profile

• School leaver certificate or equivalent (English and Mathematics to GCSE level).
• Previous experience in front‑of‑house, secretarial, clerical, office or administration roles.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Isams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to use Canva or similar design tools.
• General computer literacy.
