Style Supervisor

About the role

The Style Supervisor ensures that guest rooms, public areas and facilities meet the high quality standards of W Hotels. Working closely with housekeeping, engineering, front office and laundry teams, you will oversee the final inspection of cleaned spaces and coordinate daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool and other spaces after cleaning to verify quality standards.
• Run sold‑room reports, verify room status, identify discrepancies and prioritize cleaning tasks.
• Update room status for departing guests and communicate changes to the next shift.
• Act as liaison among Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry to resolve issues.
• Document and resolve discrepancies with the Front Desk.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching staff.
• Complete required paperwork and ensure compliance with safety, security and company policies.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect confidential information and company assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Ability to lift, carry and move objects up to 55 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, kneel and perform repetitive motions throughout a shift.
• Clear, professional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Willingness to follow safety training, report hazards and maintain a clean work environment.
