About the role

Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions and are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. They deliver guest requests, stock carts, clean rooms and public spaces, ensuring a memorable and unique guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Stock housekeeping carts and supplies throughout the shift.
• Clean guest rooms and public areas to Marriott quality standards.
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.

Required profile

• Ability to work safely, stand, walk, and lift objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to upholding quality standards and professional appearance.
