Stylist – W Residences

About the role

As a Stylist for W Residences in Dubai, you will join the Guest Environment team to ensure every guest space reflects the brand’s signature style and impeccable cleanliness. Working full‑time on‑site, you will help create memorable experiences by maintaining high standards across rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites and public spaces, ensuring all areas meet W Hotels’ luxury standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restocking carts, delivering amenities and addressing any special needs.
• Handle linens, towels and housekeeping supplies, managing inventory and ensuring timely replenishment.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and lift objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to support seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, standing, walking and bending.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance and clear communication.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and use of cleaning chemicals.
• Basic understanding of health and safety standards in hospitality.
