Subcontract Administrator – Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a Subcontract Administrator to join our corporate Supply Chain group in Dubai. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of subcontracting activities, ensuring high-quality work and compliance with prime contract requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify subcontractors and issue Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Prepare subcontract documents and amendments, incorporating flow-down clauses from the prime contract.
• Perform commercial evaluations of proposals and negotiate subcontract terms.
• Issue authorized awards, manage cradle-to-grave subcontract processes from pre-award to file closeout.
• Resolve subcontractor claims promptly and serve as liaison between subcontractors and project managers.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Federal Government contract requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with at least two years of subcontract administration experience.
• Experience with Federal Government contracts or commercial/defense contracts is preferred.
• Strong time-management, prioritisation and customer-service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organisational levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Deltek CostPoint for contract management.
