Supervisor – Fire & Life Safety

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor – Fire & Life Safety to lead the installation and maintenance of fire and life‑safety systems across client sites in Abu Dhabi. The role combines hands‑on supervision, technical oversight and strict adherence to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise installation teams in fitting piping, conduit, cabling, control panels and safety devices.
• Plan and execute periodic preventive and corrective maintenance on all installed systems.
• Record and resolve any deviations between design drawings and on‑site conditions to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, industry best practices and site HSE requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all activities.

Required profile

• Diploma (3 years) in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or an ITI (2 years) qualification.
• 8‑10 years of relevant experience in fire and life‑safety system installation and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electrical/electronic equipment and mechanical principles.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English (read, write, speak).
